It is also a fantastic way to learn how to drill and practice correctly. Schedule your small group training tailored to your individual needs and availability. Program highlights:

Whether you want Coach Wymer to run a 90 minute clinic, one, two, or more sessions, he will cater to the needs of your wrestlers. It is best when scheduling a clinic with Coach Wymer to guarantee at least 10-15 wrestlers.
Be sure to consult with Coach Wymer before registering and paying for the clinic! It's best for Coach Wymer to have the clinic on the calendar before moving forward. Once the details of your clinic have been worked out, you should pay for the clinic.

About Coach Wymer
Dennis Wymer has had success at every level through his 37 years as both a coach and as a competitor. He approaches physical and mental training with fun and creativity to help your wrestler maximize their potential! There are a variety of programs to choose- see what you can do to elevate your wrestling!
Currently, Coach Wymer is the head coach at Oak Hill Academy in rural Mouth of Wilson, VA. He has also coached at the college and international levels, winning a UWW world bronze medal as a competitor in 2021 and a world title coaching the UWW US Veterans Team in 2024.
